• Urbs In Horto means "City in a Garden" in Latin, the perfect balance of urban intensity and nature's tranquility.

• Urbs In Horto is the motto of the City of Chicago, and part of the official Seal of Chicago. It appears on everything from bus shelters (see below) to garbage trucks!
  

• Urbs In Horto was a dear little Shetland Sheepdog (1989-2006).
